Hierarchical display provides a more readable tree representation of the data when data adopts a tree architecture. A tree architecture is denoted when data provides a “parentable” structure of the records, i.e., provides an “id” field and a “parent” field refering to this id.

As for all other value display, the values can be postformatted using a “sprintf” syntax.
