Metadata schema definitions are implemented as subplugins of the Sharedresource module.

The formats currently supported are:

• DUBLIN CORE V2
• LOM
• LOMFR
• ScoLOMFR
• SupLOMFR

Operating notes :

• Only one classification (0) can be processed by import.
• An import by taxon will automatically fill in the taxonid (and vice versa).
• If several taxa are mentioned in the metadata file (taxon1, taxon2, etc.) a taxon entry (t-1) will be created for each data item expressed. (the empty values in the file are ignored).
• If taxa belong to different nomenclatures, then a different classification entry will be created by used taxonomy (<s>). The resolution is automatic when importing.
