This plugin installs using the stadnard default installation procedure:

• Deploy the plugin ZIP into the local folder of your Moodle distribution. Ensure it is called aplcore.
• run the moodle “Notifications” pae to get it registered

Note 1: this plugin should be installed alltogether the first installation of any APL plugin. It can be installed previously, to ensure a stable availability of APL core's features and license manager.

Note 2: Although the plugin has a License Registration mechanism, it is not required, at the moment to register any license key for this plugin to work and deliver service.
