This plugin allows locking activities or course sections until an activity located in another course has been completed.
Using this condition must be done with care, because the global consistency of the educational path interfering in this way will have to be maintained. It is strongly advised to establish working papers that map out dependencies, and ensure that implementation follows the intended configuration plan.

This module has a very simple structure.
- Added an availability rule.
- Provision of a trigger activity module identifier. This identifier can be located in any course. (to be completed)

Note : Failing status is not necessarily the sign of a non functionning module. It just says that the moodle code standards check are not fullfilling. This is a continuous effort of us rewriting the plugin code to get it compliant.
