This plugin installs the common way:

• Unzip the archive in the directory /mod/quiz/accessrule of your moodle distribution.
• Browse to the Administration notifications to terminate the install process.

You may install in addition the block Userquiz Limits to access a Web GUI for the user attempts account management for a specific quiz.
